This policy requires that calorie counts and nutritional information be provided for all units that serve food with the exception of Catering.
Policy:
Calorie counts must be displayed prominently at all retail units.
More detailed nutritional information including but not limited to fats, carbohydrates, proteins, and ingredients should be made available to patrons.
If no accurate count is available, the calorie information for an item may be approximated through the summation of its ingredients and relative quantities.
